Hacettepe University Academic Development Program (ADEP) is designed to facilitate the adaptation of research assistants who have just joined our university and are at the beginning of their academic careers by introducing the research and project resources of the university and providing them with teaching skills.
Academic Development Program trainings ADEP-R. A. and ADEP-Dr. are designed as 2 programs. Among the programs to be carried out, ADEP-R. A. is designed for research assistants within the scope of their modules, and ADEP-Dr. Modules is prepared for the benefit of Dr. research assistants.
ADEP-R. A. Within the scope of the project, it is aimed to provide educational opportunities for research assistants, who have just started to our university, so that they can adapt academic life more easily, gain institutional belonging and explore the research infrastructure. Besides, it is aimed to provide academic skills to research assistants at the beginning of their careers.
