Sustainable Academic Development Program

Hacettepe University Sustainable Academic Development Program is designed to facilitate the adaptation of research assistants who have just joined our university and who are at the beginning of their academic careers, to introduce the research and project resources of the university to the research assistants, and to provide them with teaching skills.

Sustainable Academic Development Program trainings SADEP-R. A. and SADEP-Dr. It is designed as 2 programs. Among the programs to be executed, SADEP-R. A. research assistants within the scope of their modules; SADEP-Dr. Modules Dr. researchers will benefit.

SADEP-R. A. Within the scope of the scope of the project, it is aimed to provide educational opportunities for research assistants who have just started to our university every year, so that they can transition to academic life more easily, gain institutional belonging and explore the research infrastructure, and provide academic skills to research assistants at the beginning of their careers.

SADEP-R. A. There are a total of 11 modules under 2 main headings, which include the institutional services of the university and trainings to improve teaching.

Instructional Improvement Training has 6 modules mentioned above and the long term aims of this training is to support research assistants with the basic knowledge necessary to fulfill their teaching duties more effectively and efficiently, to update their existing knowledge in line with new research results and approaches, and to improve their effective teaching skills.
